Mixed-Age Magic
Modern schooling divides children rigidly by birth-year. At Urban Tribe, mixed-age groups foster natural empathy and leadership: older kids learn to guide and care for younger peers, while younger kids stretch their abilities and learn by observation.
- Ages 4–7: Sensory discovery, imaginative pretend play, open building materials, and physical balance.
- Ages 8–12: Complex team games, woodworking/crafting challenges, outdoor survival skills, and social collaboration.
