1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned, understand that participating in social events and community gatherings organized by Urban Tribe involves certain inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, or loss/damage of personal property. I voluntarily assume all responsibility for these risks and certify that I am (and any minor in my care is) capable of participating in these social activities.

2. Waiver and Release

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Urban Tribe, its organizers, hosts, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for injuries, damages, or losses which may occur during or as a result of my participation in these events.

3. Media Release

I understand that during Urban Tribe social events, participants may be photographed or filmed. I agree to allow my likeness (and that of the children listed below) to be used for any legitimate promotional or community-sharing purpose by the organizers.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all event guidelines and behave in a manner that is respectful to other members and the venue. Urban Tribe remains a safe space for all; any guest acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner may be asked to leave.
